Rorschach Responses of MMPI 3-4/4-3 code groups

Abstract

|
The purpose of the present study was to examine the psychological characteristics between psychiatric inpatients with MMPI 3-4 codes and ones with MMPI 4-3 codes. Each group was 20 inpatients who were assessed with Rorschach test. The results were as follows. 1) 3-4 group got significantly higher scores on Scales 1 and 3 than 4-3 group. 2) 3-4 group showed more S, (Hd), total shadings, and Y. Implications of the findings were considered.
